Organization of the 13th ICCE Global Coach Conference
ICCE (International Council for Coaching Excellence) is the host of the 13th ICCE Global Coach Conference (also referred to as "GCC’21") and has appointed Coaching Portugal to co-host it and be responsible for organizational and logistic aspects of the GCC’21. Both organizations will be referred to as “Conference organizers” On registering for the event, participants (also referred to as "you") are entering an agreement with Coaching Portugal indicating the acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.
All participants must register via the online registration system at www.icce2021.com Registration Fees, deadline dates and what it includes for different categories of GCC’21 participant registering are shown on the Registration page.
Returns will be made based on a percentage of the amount paid according to the date of withdrawal:
a) Up to 3 months: 75%
b) Up to 2 months: 50%
c) Up to 1 month: 25%
d) In other cases, there is no refund.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be access in the online registration system.
The final invoice will be available the online registration system automatically upon demanding of the participant. The invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (invoice details).
Modification and Cancellation of the Conference
The Conference organizers have converted the GCC’21 to an hybrid event due to the COVID-19 pandemic and reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published online as an indication only.
If the GCC’21 is cancelled, the Conference organizers will contat you to refund the registration fee (less bank charges). The Conference organizers may cancel the whole Conference as a result of circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) pandemic, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, or fire. The Conference organizers also reserve the right to cancel the event due to disruption caused by COVID-19. Where possible, the Conference organizers will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any such cancellation.
Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred.
Where the event is hosted virtually, the Conference organizers do not guarantee that the event hosting site and its related software, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. The Conference organizers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the event hosting site and its related software. The Conference organizers do not guarantee that the event hosting site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
In any event, the Conference organizers will not accept liability for damages or costs in the event of bodily injury, death, property damage, illness, disruption to travel plans and costs incurred as a result of events outside of the reasonable control of the Conference organizers including (but not limited to) pandemic, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, or fire.

Any dispute resulting from the above terms and conditions will be subject to Portugal’s law, and by accepting these terms you are submitting yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
